Newcomers Experiencing Financial Insecurity

We offer online webinars and one-to-one appointments to support newcomers (including permanent residents, naturalized citizens, temporary residents, international students and refugee claimants) to understand and navigate the different government and community resources available. Individuals & Families Seeking Emotional Supports

We offer Help Line services in Cantonese and Mandarin, as well as counselling services in Cantonese, Mandarin, Farsi, and Korean to support individuals and families during the difficult COVID-19 pandemic. Learn more about our counselling and crisis supports.

Seniors Who Want to Stay Connected & Supported

We are a part of the Safe Seniors, Strong Communities provincial initiative, which offers grocery shopping, prescription pick-up, and friendly telephone visits. We also offer various interactive online activities to support seniors to stay connected and learn new skills during this time. Learn more about our seniors services.

Job Seekers Looking for Employment Supports

For those seeking supports to find a job or upgrade their skills, we offer various employment and skills training programs. This includes career action plan development, job search assistance webinars, linkages to job opportunities, and one-to-one employment counselling. Entrepreneurs Looking to Start or Support their Business

We offer online webinars and one-to-one appointments for entrepreneurial individuals seeking to pursue self-employment, start a business, or grow their business during this time. Health & Safety Protocols

Services are offered by telephone and online channels. Limited in-person services are available by appointment only. All services are offered in accordance with COVID-19 health and safety protocols.
