2021 Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Virtual Gala Focus is Family and Mental Wellness

Posted date: February 9, 2021

Vancouver, BC – Over the past 42 years, the Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala has raised funds to support S.U.C.C.E.S.S.’s essential programs for youth, women, refugees, and families. To adhere to the Government of Canada’s health and safety protocols during the pandemic, our Gala will be a virtual experience that will be held on March 13, 2021.

“We are thrilled that our Gala will move forward this year – online – so that we can continue this heartfelt tradition,” said Queenie Choo, CEO of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation. “With the impact of COVID-19, now more than ever, we desperately need the financial support from donors to assist people facing barriers. The Bridge to S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Gala is a huge community effort. We are truly grateful for the unwavering support from donors, corporate sponsors, and our many volunteers.”

S.U.C.C.E.S.S.’s commitment is to continue supporting people in the community who are experiencing vulnerabilities. Our fundraising target for this event is $270,000 with a focus on family and mental wellness.

“We invite participants to join in the virtual experience for a fun-filled time with a gourmet gala dinner including entertainment, silent auctions, prizes, and above all else, your valued presence. Let’s all come together for a good cause,” said Brandon Hui, Chair of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation.

There are two tiers of Gala tickets: $1,000 or $500 per household, which includes a deluxe or an elegant gift box and an invitation link to the virtual event. Those who donate $100 or more will also receive an invitation link to the event. Tickets are available now at

Our famous OMEGA watch raffle is returning, along with a 50/50 raffle this year. Both raffles will be available for purchase soon. Stay tuned!
