Newcomers with complex barriers to settlement increase their independence, enhance their well-being, and move forward on their Canadian journey. Our specialized and trauma-informed services address immediate critical needs and builds capacity to navigate Canadian systems.

Service Eligibility

  • Refugee claimants
  • Asylum seekers
  • Canada Ukraine Authorization for Emergency Travel (CUAET) visa holders
  • Permanent residents of Canada
  • Protected persons as defined in section 95 of the Immigrant & Refugee Protection Act (IRPA)
  • Individuals selected by Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to become permanent residents
  • Temporary foreign workers
  • Live-in caregivers with a work permit under section 112 of the Immigration & Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR)
