S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Dragon is Back to Bring Your Family a Fun Family Day

Vancouver, BC – By popular demand, S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Walk with the Dragon is returning to the Lumbermen’s Arch, Stanley Park on Sunday, July 16, 2017.  More than 5,000 people are expected to join the event which aims to raise $400,000 to maintain and enhance important S.U.C.C.E.S.S. programs and services for seniors, women, youth and families that receive partial or no funding from government.

Place:      Choi Hall – S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Social Service Centre – Dr. Dorothy Lam Building, 28 West Pender Street, Vancouver
With 32-year history of combining both fun and charity, the Walk has become one of the most anticipated community-based fundraising events in Metro Vancouver.
Join a special ceremony to wake up the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Dragon, which will lead a 7-km excursion around the Stanley Park seawall. A 3- km route is also available for participants who hope to enjoy stage performances after the to the leisure walk.
A larger Kids Zone is set to welcome children with bouncy castle, face painting, airbrush tattoos, balloon twister, photo-shoot, crafts, henna and caricature artists. It would be great fun for families and kids to enjoy a summer weekend!
