Provincial Election Candidates to Discuss Important Topics at Public Town Hall Event

Vancouver, BC – S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and The Centre for Israel and Jewish Affairs (CIJA) are co-hosting a town hall event with federal candidates on October 14, 2020, from 4:00 to 5:30pm.

Three candidates from the top three polling BC provincial political parties will be answering pre-selected questions, as well as queries submitted by the public, regarding the following topics: racism and hate crime, seniors care, economic recovery, affordability, health and safety, and the sustainability of charitable organizations and non-profits.

The town hall event will be moderated by Mike Klassen.

  • British Columbia Liberal Party: Michael Lee for Vancouver-Langara
  • British Columbia New Democratic Party: George Heyman for Vancouver-Fairview
  • Green Party of British Columbia: Dr. Maayan Kreitzman for Vancouver-False Creek
