Vancouver, B.C. – S.U.C.C.E.S.S., along with the Chinese Canadian Medical Society BC and the Canadian Chinese Dental Society of BC, and UBC InterCultural Online Health Network (iCON), are thrilled to announce the 2025 Health Fair.

After than a decade, the Health Fair is returning to its home at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Headquarters located in the heart of Chinatown. The Health Fair will take place on Sunday, Oct. 5, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Since its launch in 1991, the Health Fair has become the most popular health-related community event in Metro Vancouver. Since then, the Health Fair has hosted more than 300 health-related seminars, serving more than 35,000 people. 

The fair will feature six talks in Cantonese and Mandarin presented by physicians, dentists, dietitians and other healthcare practitioners on health and disease management. Topics include brain and heart health and dementia care. All talks will be in Cantonese or Mandarin, with live Chinese subtitles displayed for in-person participants. Online attendees can choose their preferred language for subtitle translation via Zoom, making the event more accessible to participants from diverse backgrounds.   

Doctors and dentists will provide free check-ups for participants of all languages and cultural backgrounds. Event exhibitors will provide the public with community resources and health-related information. The primary goal of the Health Fair is to bring awareness to the causes and prevention to various health conditions and encourage participants to take care of their wellbeing.

邀請您參與 2025中僑互助會「健康一日談」10月05日於中僑互助會總部現場舉辦 

卑詩省，溫哥華 – 中僑互助會，加華醫學會，加華牙醫學會，卑詩大學安康健康網絡（iCON）將聯合舉辦2025「健康一日談」 

時隔超過 10年，「健康一日談2025」將於10月05日上午10點到下午4點在中僑互助會總部舉辦，以便服務居住於華埠的華人社區。自從1991年創辦以來，「健康一日談」成為大溫地區華裔社區最受歡迎的醫療相關活動。從那時起，「健康一日談」已經舉辦三百多場講座，服務人數超過三萬五千人。 

今年活動亮點包括6場由醫生、牙醫、營養師與醫療專家主講的國、粵語講座。講座主題包括腦部健康和腦退化、最新心臟健康信息等等。所有講座將現場提供中文即時字幕。線上參與者可透過 Zoom 網上收看並選擇偏好的字幕語言，使來自不同背景的觀衆均能參與本次活動。 

除此之外，活動更設有免費健康測試、健康以及社區資訊攤位，適合任何族裔和文化背景人士參加。「健康一日談」旨在介紹各疾病的成因、預防和護理方法，保持身體健康，鼓勵大衆關注健康。
