In addition, videos of support and pledges were shared by elected officials, including The Honourable Janet Austin, Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia; The Honourable John Horgan, Premier of British Columbia; The Honourable Mary Ng, Minister of Small Business, Export Promotion and International Trade; The Honourable Anne Kang, Minister of Citizens’ Services; The Honourable Katrina Chen, Minister of State for Child Care; Kennedy Stewart, the Mayor of the City of Vancouver; Malcolm Brodie, the Mayor of the City of Richmond; and Richard Stewart, the Mayor of the City of Coquitlam.
“We would like to express our deepest gratitude to all of the sponsors, donors, participants, and staff for their hard work and dedication to make this event a success,” said Terry Liu and Jeffrey Lee, Co-Chairs of 2021 S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Virtual Walk with the Dragon.
Queenie Choo, CEO of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. and S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Foundation, added, “S.U.C.C.E.S.S. serves our communities with over 300 programs and services, providing help – from early childhood development to seniors care.
