健康網上談2021 | Virtual Health Fair 2021

大溫地區的年度重要活動《健康網上談》今年繼續以網上直播形式與大家見面。活動將於10月17日，24日，11月7日及14日，4個星期日下午的2點至4點30分舉行。

《健康網上談》源自1991年起始的《健康一日談》活動，由中僑互助會、加華醫學會及加華牙醫學會聯合舉辦，安康健康網絡協辦，目標在於為華人社區提供一個免費的健康諮詢平台，幫助華語社區多多關注健康，了解各種疾病的成因和預防途徑。大會今年邀請到多名資深專科醫生、牙醫等醫療人員以國、粵語主講多場健康講座。題目包括慢性疾病護理，居家運動，到急診求醫及兒童口腔護理等健康話題。

本次大會通過多個媒體視頻直播，觀眾可通過ZOOM，YouTube參與觀看，還可在線通過ZOOM, YouTube聊天窗口，或者Whatsapp，WeChat group來即時提問，與醫學專家互動。

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Virtual Health Fair is back for another year! This important annual event will be held on October 17th, 24th, November 7th and 14th, from 2:00pm to 4:30pm (PT).

This year’s Virtual Health Fair is organized by S.U.C.C.E.S.S. in partnership with the Chinese Canadian Medical Society BC and the Chinese Canadian Dental Society of BC, and supported by UBC InterCultural Online Health Network.

The event provides free health education to the Chinese-speaking community to encourage community members to keep wellness top-of-mind, and to help individuals understand the causes and prevention of various illnesses. This year’s event features 12 Cantonese and Mandarin talks by specialists, dentists and healthcare professionals. Topics include: chronic disease management, at-home exercises, going to the emergency room during the pandemic and oral care for children.

This year’s sessions will be live-streamed via Zoom and YouTube, and viewers are encouraged to submit their questions via Zoom, YouTube, WhatsApp and WeChat. The sessions can also be accessed by dialing in through telephone. Access links and phone numbers are listed below.
