Accreditation

Accreditation reflects the commitment of S.U.C.C.E.S.S. to achieving service excellence, meeting international best practices, and fostering continuous performance and quality improvement.

Council on Accreditation

Since 2004, we have been continuously accredited by Council on Accreditation (COA), an independent organization that accredits human and social service providers around the world.

The most recent accreditation survey was completed by COA in 2019 and demonstrates that we have consistently met the high standards set by COA for service and administrative practices.

Accreditation Canada

Our S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multi-Level Care Society, which offers culturally-appropriate adult day programs, assisted living, and long-term care services, has been continuously accredited by Accreditation Canada – an independent organization that accredits health services – since 2005.

The most recent accreditation survey was completed in 2019 and we received exemplary standing for the last two accreditation cycles.

Performance & Quality Improvement

S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is committed to Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI),  a comprehensive system that ensures we advance our vision and mission by maintaining and sustaining a high level of quality across our programs and services. It is a continuous and cyclical process we use to constantly learn and improve upon our current efforts.

As part of our PQI system, we engage in a participatory process for consultation and collaboration. Our stakeholders – including staff, volunteers, clients, members, and partners – serve as change agents in identifying recommendations for continuous quality improvement.

We actively engage with our stakeholders to gather informal and formal feedback through surveys, focus groups, committees, and other channels. The feedback is reviewed and improvement actions are implemented. We keep our stakeholders up-to-date through our website, newsletter, and social media channels, as well as by sharing new developments at community tables, advisory committees, and other networks.

We encourage our clients, volunteers, members, and partners to share their feedback so that we can better serve our community. You can do so by emailing us at [email protected].
