Service Eligibility

Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or an individual granted refugee status in Canada and who is legally permitted to work in Canada
Obtained credentials outside of Canada and seeking to have credentials recognized in Canada, is undertaking training for an alternative career, or both
No or limited Canadian experience in the related field
