Service Eligibility

• Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or an individual granted refugee status in Canada and who is legally permitted to work in Canada
• Obtained credentials outside of Canada and seeking to have credentials recognized in Canada, is undertaking training for an alternative career, or both
• No or limited Canadian experience in the related field
