我們中僑互助會誠邀您參加我們與協辦機構即將舉辦的講座，具體信息如下:

Contents / 內容:

• Understanding dementia and communication – what dementia is, how it affects communication, and strategies to stay connected.
• Understanding communication and behaviours – practical tips for daily communication, responding to behaviour changes, and creating meaningful activities.
• Personal planning and caregiver resilience – planning ahead, building resilience, and strategies for caregiver self-care.
• 了解腦退化症與溝通－什麼是腦退化症，它如何影響溝通，以及保持溝通的技巧。
• 了解溝通與行為－日常溝通、應對行為變化和進行有意義活動的實用小貼士。
• 個人規劃與照顧者抗逆力－事先規劃、培養抗逆力、照顧者自我照護策略。

This workshop is limited to 20 participants. 此工作坊只有20個名額。
