Temporary residents and naturalized citizens enhance their community, social, and economic integration through our comprehensive settlement and employment services. Our services are offered in communities across Metro Vancouver and in Fort St. John.

Service Eligibility

  • Temporary foreign workers (work permit holders)
  • BC provincial nominees who are not yet approved for permanent residency
  • Post-secondary international students who are eligible to work in Canada
  • Refugee claimants
  • Naturalized citizens (citizens born outside Canada) who are actively looking for employment
