The rent is 100% rent-geared-to-income (30% of gross income). There are 60 one-bedroom units for seniors and 14 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom units for families. Some units are modified according to the tenant’s physical conditions. Many tenants have lived in the building since it opened in 1992, and they have long-standing ties to the Neighbourhood. This development is managed under S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Housing Society.
