• 14 shelter rate units for people on income assistance. 10 of these units are dedicated to Supporting Tenants, Enabling Pathways (STEP) program.
• 55 units rented at rates affordable to people who earn up to BC Housing’s Housing Income Limits (HILs).
• 69 lower-end-of-market units with rents approximately 10 per cent below market rate.
