Eligibility

• 111 suites are available for people who are looking for affordable housing. Low End of Market Rents range from $1,150 (micro unit) to $2,300 (two bedroom) per month.
• 120 suites are available for people on pensions or income assistance.
• Multiple suites are wheelchair accessible 
• All residents must be capable of independent living. Medical or physical support is not available at the site. 

Priority will be to those who: 

• Consideration given to people who live or work in the Downtown Eastside (comprised of Chinatown, Gastown, Industrial Area, Oppenheimer District, Strathcona, Thornton Park and Victory Square). 
• Live in a community-minded building.
