  • 10 shelter rate units for people on income assistance. 5 of these units are dedicated to Supporting Tenants, Enabling Pathways (STEP) program. 
  • 14 units rented at rates affordable to people who earn up to BC Housing’s Housing Income Limits (HILs). 
  • 24 lower-end-of-market (LEM) units with rents approximately 10 per cent below market rate. 
  • 3 accessible units for those requiring wheelchair access.
