Eligibility

• Seniors’ Rental Housing (SRH) apartments – meet Rent Geared to Income (RGI) qualifications for low-income seniors and people with disabilities. An Active BC Housing Registry is required as well as asset and income eligibility requirement annually
• Affordable rental apartments for low – to moderate – income families and singles.  Applicants in this category are eligible for the S.A.F.E.R. program (Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters) under BC Housing.
• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident Status.
• All residents must be capable of independent living. Medical or physical support is not available on this site.
