Services

Health monitoring, which includes taking blood pressure, blood sugar level, body weight, medication management, health talk and wound dressing, etc.
Delicious and nutritious oriental meal.
Exercise groups is available.
Recreational activities such as baking, crafts, chess, singing, etc. Field trips including optional bus tours and scenic drives (if weather permits).
Additional services such as hairdressing are available for a fee.

The centre is situated on the main level of Austin Harris Residence.
It is over 1,500 square feet and includes a lounge, activity area, kitchen, dining room.
A 300 square feet exercise room with exercise equipment.
Outdoor space for outdoor activities and walks.

Monday to Friday
8:45 am – 5:00 pm
(Closed on weekends and holidays)

$10 per visit (not including transportation fees)
