Service Eligibility

Permanent residents of Canada
Protected persons as defined in section 95 of the Immigrant & Refugee Protection Act (IRPA)
Individuals selected to become permanent residents by Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Live-in caregivers with a work permit under section 112 of the Immigration & Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR)
