Pre-Arrival IEHPs with a valid Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa
Service Eligibility for Landed IEHPs
Permanent residents, naturalized Canadian citizens, or persons granted refugee status in Canada;
Lack of Canadian work experience;
Unemployed or working less than 20 hours per week;
