Service Eligibility for Pre-Arrival IEHPs 

  • Pre-Arrival IEHPs with a valid Canadian Permanent Resident (PR) Visa 

 Service Eligibility for Landed IEHPs 

  • Permanent residents, naturalized Canadian citizens, or persons granted refugee status in Canada; 
  • Lack of Canadian work experience; 
  • Unemployed or working less than 20 hours per week; 
  • At CLB level 6 or above.
