Join S.U.C.C.E.S.S. for the 40^th Annual Walk with the Dragon celebration as it returns to Stanley Park July 20

Vancouver, BC – S.U.C.C.E.S.S. is thrilled to mark four decades of hosting our Walk with the Dragon community fundraising event this Sunday, July 20, 2025. Walk with the Dragon historically draws several thousand participants and is our largest community-based fundraising event, held in Stanley Park since 1986. Proceeds support essential S.U.C.C.E.S.S. programs for families, youth, women, and seniors.

“It is wonderful to connect with so many community members to enjoy time together in nature and raise funds for a great cause,” said S.U.C.C.E.S.S. CEO Queenie Choo. “I am always inspired to see hundreds of our supporters come out and show their care for the newcomers and vulnerable citizens we serve.”

The event is led by the longest Dragon in North America – the 100-foot long S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Dragon is carried by 40 martial artists who lead walkers and teams to participate in the three- or seven-kilometer routes through the park. Following the walk, our family-friendly fairgrounds are open to the public, featuring live music, entertainment, activities, giveaways, prizes, carnival games and photo booths.

“We would not be putting on our 40th Walk without the steadfast support of our dedicated donors, sponsors and vendors,” said Foundation Board Chair Jason Lam. “It takes an incredible amount of planning and partnerships to organize this historic event year after year since 1986.”

Transportation: Translink will support Walk with the Dragon with complimentary tickets for participants from Lower Mainland to Waterfront station.  Free shuttle bus available from Waterfront Station to Stanley Park from 7:00 a.m. to 9 a.m. and reverse from Park to Waterfront in between 12 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. We have a limited number of complimentary public transit tickets for participants. 第40屆中僑百萬行將於 7 月 20 日重返士丹利公園

卑詩省溫哥華–  中僑基金會非常榮幸地宣布，將於2025年7月20日（星期日）慶祝 「中僑百萬行」社區籌款活動舉辦四十週年。 「中僑百萬行」活動自1986年以來一直在士丹利公園舉辦，歷來吸引了數千名參與者，是我們規模最大的社區籌款活動。活動收益將用於支持中僑互助會的家庭、青少年、婦女和長者的服務。

「能與這麼多社區成員相聚，在大自然中共度美好時光，並為這項偉大的事業籌集善款，真是太好了。」中僑互助會及中僑基金會行政總裁周潘坤玲說。 「看到數以千計支持者挺身而出，表達對新移民和弱勢群體的關懷，我深受鼓舞。」

百萬行有北美最長的百尺彩龍，由40名武術家帶領步行者和團隊參加穿過公園的三到七公里的路線。步行結束後，我們老幼咸宜的遊樂場向公眾開放，提供現場音樂、娛樂、活動、贈品、獎品、嘉年華遊戲和照相亭。

「如果沒有我們熱心的捐贈者、贊助商和供應商的堅定支持，我們不可能舉辦第40屆中僑百萬行。」中僑基金會主席 林頌恩表示： 「自1986年以來，我們每年都需要大量的規劃和合作才能組織這項具有歷史意義的活動。」

交通安排：運聯Translink 將會支持百萬行會為參加者提供免費公共交通票券，讓各位可以從低陸平原各線搭乘天車至Waterfront Station。活動當天提供免費接駁車往返士丹利公園至Waterfront Station的接駁車。 從Waterfront站到士丹利公園的免費接駁車時間為上午 7:00 至上午 9 點、回程為中午 12:00 至下午 2 點。。免費公共交通票券數量有限，請提前用以下縺結登記。https://successfoundation.ca/events/transportation/
