Service Eligibility

  • Between the ages of 17 to 29 years (inclusive)
  • Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person
  • Reside in Metro Vancouver
  • Unemployed or underemployed (working 20 hours or less)
  • Not actively participating in nor receiving financial support from another provincial or federal labour market program
  • Not a full-time student
