Service Eligibility

• Newcomer Resident of Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Open Work Permit Holder)
• Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 6 or higher
• Unemployed, underemployed, or seeking career advancement
• Commitment to complete the program online using Zoom
