Eligible Participants: Permanent residents (economic immigrant eligibility limited to six years after landing ), protected persons, individuals selected to become permanent residents, and who have been informed by a letter from IRCC, work permit holders, study permit holders, refugee claimants, CUAET visa holders, BC provincial nominees and PNP entrepreneur immigration candidates, and naturalized Canadian citizens.

服务对象为永久居民(经济类移民资格限于登陆后六年内) 、受保护人士、已获选成为永久居民并已收到加拿大移民、难民和公民部（IRCC）  信函通知的个人、持工作许可证者、学习许可证者、难民申请人、CUAET 签证持有者、BC 省提名和 PNP 企业家移民候选人以及入籍加拿大公民提供支持。
