Gambling and Mental Wellness in Pandemic Times

September 1, 2020

During this Pandemic, it is now more important to take care of our physical and mental well-being. Whether we are working more from home more, or no longer able to see friends and family like we did before–this pandemic has incrementally affected our mental health.

Come join our panelists from B.C. Responsible & Problem Gambling Program to learn more about gambling, why is it important to speak about Gambling now, and what you can do to support yourself or a loved one who is facing problems with gambling. Additionally, we will share some general self-care tips for you to take away and use in your daily life.
