Who we are

Bridge to Student Success (BTSS) aims to engage underserved students in raising their awareness of and confidence in navigating the post-secondary education system, supporting students’ mental wellness and resilience in achieving their goals, and reducing barriers to accessing resources that would enable students to pursue post-secondary education.

What we provide

  • Regular workshops on various topics such as academic navigation, community resources, academic and career planning, and digital literacy
  • Flexible 1:1 support with academic application, navigating resources and supports
  • Financial assistance
  • Short-term certificates and training
  • Personal laptop and technological support

Eligibility

  • Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Refugee Status
  • Current high school students, graduates or individuals who have discontinued their studies
  • Plan to pursue post-secondary studies
  • Ages 15-30 (inclusive)
  • Commitment to the program
